As TurkRED Redüktör, our mission is to transform the engineering knowledge we have developed in the fields of globoid gear systems, true zero-backlash technology, and precision reducer solutions into high-performance motion transmission systems tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

Our Vision
TurkRED™ Ltd. Şti has developed its own production techniques and technologies in the field of Globoid worm gears. The formulas and mathematical models that provide the best contact surfaces of globoid technology worldwide were found by Ali Caner ATEŞ. Patenting studies of these formulas and mathematical models are still in progress.
Our company, which has not stopped working for 16 years to introduce the power of globoid systems to our country, aims to prove the power of Turkish industry in the global market with the same determination.

Ateş Makina (1980) and TurkRED™ Ltd. Sti. (2009) was founded by Cevat ATEŞ.
Our company, from 1980 to 2005, has produced complex machines and spare parts on a project in the Rubber and Plastic Industry, Automotive Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry and Steel Pipe Industry. He also carried out R&D studies, project design and production of many idea products without project drafts. It has achieved many firsts especially in the Tire and Rubber Industry.

Growth & Corporatization
In these years, our company focused on bringing its own products to the market instead of working on special projects, and started to look for a different sector. Recognizing the domestic need and the potential abroad of gearboxes with globoid worm gear (double helical worm gear) technology, it started R&D studies for the production of this technology. As a result of intensive research and studies, towards the end of 2005, the first manufacturing process of this technology in Turkey was entered. It has succeeded in meeting the overseas needs of domestic companies from various sectors using this technology in Turkey. From 2005 to 2011, it developed its manufacturing technology and production capacity by integrating its production with R&D studies.
Efforts to expand the product portfolio have started and at this stage, TurkRED™ naming rights have been acquired. In 2018, Ateş Makina company name was changed to TurkRED™ Gearbox Ltd. Sti. as updated. Our company, which develops the most suitable solutions for the needs and wishes of our business partners and provides satisfaction at every stage, has managed to become a reliable name in the country and abroad with its professional, meticulous and regular work in the production process and the quality of its products. TurkRED™ has been the sole and the most important gear supplier in the Globoid field of the Turkish defense industry since 2016.
